Minutes between Canada and your U.S. wireless coverage area will be treated for billing purposes as calls to and from your U.S. wireless coverage area. Calls made from or received
in Canada cannot exceed your monthly o-net usage allowance (the lesser of 750 min./mo. or 40% of your Anytime Minutes/mo.) in any two consecutive months. Calls made
from or received in Canada will not qualify as Mobile to Mobile Minutes. Special rates apply for pay-per-use data usage in Canada. International long distance text, picture and
video messaging rates apply to messaging from the U.S. to Canada, and international roaming rates apply when such messages are sent from Canada. International Roaming
charges apply when using voice and data services outside Canada and your U.S. wireless coverage area. See att.com/global for details and rates. International long distance
charges apply when calling from the U.S. to areas outside Canada and your U.S. wireless coverage area. Anytime Minutes are primarily for live dialog between two people. You
may not use your services other than as intended by AT&T and applicable law. Plans are for individual, non-commercial use only and are not for resale. Delayed Billing: Billing
of usage for calls, messages, data or other services (such as usage when roaming on other carriers’ networks, including internationally) may occasionally be delayed. Such
usage charges may appear in a later billing cycle, will be deducted from anytime monthly minutes or other services’ allotments for the month when the usage is actually billed,
and may result in additional charges for that month. Those minutes will be applied against your anytime monthly minutes in the month in which the calls appear on your bill.
Tethering is prohibited. Additional soware, hardware and/or subscription may be required for certain features. Additional charges and device restrictions apply for access to
corporate email/intranet sites and business applications. Limited Time Only. Rates subject to change. Prices do not include taxes. Smartphones require a minimum $20 data

MB. Domestic Data Plans: Data plan required for smartphones. Mobile Hotspot and tethering require a 5GB data plan or a Mobile Share data plan. If you exceed your data plan’s
initial allowance, you will automatically be provided with additional data at the following rates/amounts: (a) 1GB for $10 (3GB and 5 GB plans); (b) 300MB for $20 (300MB plan);
and (c) 250MB for $14.99 (250MB plan). All data allowances, including overages, must be used in the billing period in which the allowance is provided, or they will be forfeited.
With respect to both Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs) and Individual Responsibility Users (IRUs), the Service Disc ount described in your AT&T business agreement is NOT
available on the 250MB and 3GB tablet plans. With respect to IRUs, the Service Discount is not available for the 300MB and 3GB plans. The 300MB plan is not available to CRUs.
Streaming video and music plans require a data plan. Additional subscription and download charges may apply. $10 Data Unlimited Plan available only with current FamilyTalk
rate plans and Messaging Unlimited for Families. 4G speeds delivered by HSPA+ with enhanced backhaul. Not available everywhere. Deployment ongoing. Compatible device
